From initial consultation & design development, through to local authority planning & building regulations approval, we can help every step of the way.

Step One:

Following an initial discussion over the phone or email, we can arrange a convenient time for a free, informal site visit and consultation.  This is followed by a no obligation fee quote for your consideration.

During this initial consultation, we will discuss the implications of your project together with any planning permissions needed and building regulation requirements.

Step Two:

Once appointed we will undertake a measured survey of the property and surrounding grounds, to then produce accurate floor plans and elevation drawings of your proposed project.

These drawings are then used in obtaining any planning permissions, certificate of lawful development requirement and building regulations approval where required.

From start to finish, we will work with you in fulfilling your desired project goals, offering advice and suggestions throughout the design process, whether in a traditional / historic style, modern contemporary or a balance of the two.

    We contacted Richard following research to engage him to represent us in our intention of purchasing a property. We managed to find a property and put in an offer. We ask Richard’s advice regarding the property. He did a quick search on the buildings approval permissions and also looked at the property pictures and details of the conversion. Based on his research it highlighted some significant and potential problems which may have an impact for future selling. This placed us in a position to be able to assess the suitability of the property and the failings of the developer who obviously rushed to make a quick profit.
