L2 Home Survey Report
Is designed for more modern properties that are of standard construction. Are reasonably well maintained and are not too large or complicated in nature.
L3 Building Survey
Is suitable for all properties but is typically chosen for properties that are larger, more complex, older, in poorer condition, extended significantly or of high value.
Snagging Inspection
A must for any newly constructed home. Identifies “snags” in finishing quality. Designed to help avoid buyer/developer conflict by impartially identifying incomplete or cosmetically unacceptable works.
